COOKIES
EGGS Yes, all of our cookies contain eggs. We are working hard on a vegan cookie option.
NUTS Some of our cookies contain nuts. When you order one of our cookies it will have the name of the nut in the description.
We do however work with nuts in our kitchen, so we can’t promise your cookies don’t contain traces of nuts.
WHEAT Yes, we work with wheat flour in all of our cookies. We are working hard on developing a gluten-free option.
SESAME Only our tahini ginger cookies contain sesame. We do however work with sesame in our kitchen, so we can’t promise your cookies don’t contain traces of sesame.
PEANUTS Our peanut butter cookie contains peanuts.
LACTOSE We work with white, milk and caramel chocolate in our kitchen. These chocolates contain lactose. If you are looking for something that’s lactose free, try our cookies with dark chocolate!
At room temperature: up to 5 days
In the fridge: up to 10 days
In the freezer: up to 3 months
Personally we prefer storing our cookies in the fridge. This helps to keeps them moist and chewy. After opening the wrapper make sure to store the cookies in an airtight container to prevent them from drying out.
Depending on the size of your cookie box you will have to stay at home. The box of 4 cookies fits though your mailbox. So no need to stay around and wait for it (unless you are really hungry). The box of 8 or 12 cookies is a bit bigger, so you will need to be at home to open the door.
ORDERING
Yes you can, but only if you are shipping them to one address. Unfortunately our ordering system won’t allow us to take orders with multiple addresses. Thats why, if you want to order multiple boxes to different addresses, you will have to place one order to one address and finalize the payment. The next step will be to place a complete new order for a new address.

Yes for sure! We have some cool cards in our shop that you can add to your cart. At checkout you will be able to write a personal message and we will add the card to your order. Make sure to use the address of the person you are gifting.
Don’t panic. We only ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, so please send us an email to hello@cookie.casa (no .com needed) as soon as you can. Please use ‘wrong address’ in the title box so we can help you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING
We ship our cookies on Mondays and Thursdays. Please pick your date of shipping at checkout. We will make sure your products get shipped on the chosen date. They will most likely be delivered the day after shipping, but unfortunately that’s out of our hands. Keep an eye on your track and trace to follow your package (not available for Belgium & Germany).
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
The email with your track and trace is most likely in your spam folder. Please check first before sending us an email. We are happy to re-send it to you!
Apart from Belgium and Germany we usually don’t, but if you have a special occasion or a big order, please send us an email to: hello@cookie.casa (no .com needed) and we’ll see what we can do.
We are so sorry. We work with ‘date of shipping’ rather than ‘date of arrival’. Always keep in mind we can not control the shipping company. Please always make sure your pick a shipping date at least 2 days prior to your event.

You can cancel your order up to 5 days in advance. Please do so by sending us an email to hello@cookie.casa (no .com needed) with ‘order cancellation’ in the title. Please wait for our confirmation.
